Facing the harsh reality of ageism in the corporate world, I found myself at a crossroads: I could dwell on the unfairness of it all, or I could pivot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">I chose to pivot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Through my solopreneur journey, I realized that many were struggling like I was\u2014those looking to break free from corporate constraints, or being forced out due to ageism. They needed a way to stand out, attract clients, and turn their skills into revenue. That\u2019s why I created BoostSolo, to offer the guidance and tools I wish I had when I first started. My career has taken me from Ammirati Puris Lintas in India and London, to Ogilvy and Publicis in New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">In 2008, I co-founded Urban Pixels, a strategy and technology consulting firm, where we launched CanIStream.It, a streaming search app that became a success story in the early days of the streaming revolution.
